Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your Sassind PTY LTD products, but if you decide you would prefer to return something, just follow the instructions below:

  1. Email with your enquiry.
  2. For a refund send it back to us within 7 days of your delivery via a tracked service. For an exchange or store credit, you have up to 4 weeks.
  3. We will let you know once it has come back to us and process your credit or refund. Please note that refunds can take up to 4 weeks to be processed. Exchanges will be processed ASAP.
  4. Note that if an item is being returned for a refund, postage will be deducted.
  5. NOTE to our VIP customers: additional offers on top of your standard 10% discount cannot be refunded. A store credit or exchange is offered.
  6. Archive clearance sale items cannot be refunded. If an item is unsuitable, we offer an exchange or store credit valid for 12 months.


Products must be sent back to Sassind PTY LTD post dated within 7 days. If products are sent after 7 days, a credit will be issued rather than a refund, at our discretion.
Please ensure that all products are new, unused and returned in original packaging.
Sassind PTY LTD are not responsible for any costs in returning the products, this includes any customs or import fees.
Once products have been quality checked, refunds are sent back to your original payment method. Refunds should show on your account within 4 weeks.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale/promotional items cannot be refunded.
Please note that all postage costs and import fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for any packages lost in transit. If the package received is damaged, we will contact you directly so you can take the appropriate action with your shipping company.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 4 weeks.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges are welcomed and encouraged. If you are not 100% happy with your sassind purchase, please contact us immediately at so we can assist you with your selection and any further enquiries. Exchanges can be made for up to 4 weeks from receipt.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
