Lorena Laing x Sassind

Lorena Laing x Sassind

August 09, 2016

Collaborating with artists is what we do, and working with Lorena for a launch range has been a dream. Her divine alpaca knits are elegant, luxurious and a piece of art in itself.

Lorena Laing is a Melbourne local and works with local artisans to hand knit and weave her beautiful pieces. Originating from Chile, Lorena Laing grew up with alpaca wool readily available around her, and always saw it's potential. She is passionate about natural fibers and their properties. Introduced by a mutual friend, we are so excited to share with you this first collaborative collection.

Lorena uses 100% Suri Alpaca, which is light but luxuriously warm. All of her artisan pieces are hand knitted in Melbourne and we are a proud collaborator and supplier.
